The property is located in Menaggio, in the locality of Nobiallo, an enchanting fishing village. All rooms are facing the lake. To reach the rooms, take the stairs that go up the three crags that make up the garden.

All rooms are equipped with every comfort, Samsung 50” smart TV, air conditioning, safe, chromotherapy shower, fridge, Lago® beds, Tempur® mattresses.

A 6-seater Jacuzzi® tub with hot water is available to guests from June to September.
The outdoor shower has hot water.
A large solarium, furnished with deck chairs and tables, is available to all guests.
